We live in a world that’s obsessed with what’s new.

And in the search for new, we can forget how much we already know. We can get disconnected from our internal compass. And we can forget to listen to the wisdom that’s already inside of us.

New is amazing. But it’s not always necessary. And depending on your situation, it’s not necessarily the most effective path forward.
